B2B Supply & Sampling

All items displayed in the product catalogue are manufactured against order confirmations. Sample requests are processed depending on design specifications, material requirements, and destination addresses. Sample courier costs are generally borne by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

All shipments are processed under FOB (Free On Board) terms unless a specific C&F or CIF arrangement is signed. Delivery lead times are approximate and start only after approval of product samples and deposit payments. We are not liable for customs delays or port clearance delays outside the exporting port.

Liability

While we make every effort to display correct and exact dimensions and colors in our product photographs, natural cotton dyes and handcrafted weaving might introduce minor variations in weave structures and color tones. These are characteristics of handcrafted textiles and do not represent manufacturing defects.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Panipat, Haryana for the resolution of any disputes.
